Returns & Exchanges
Should you not be 100% happy with your purchase, you will have 14 days to exchange/refund your items, from date of purchase.
We strongly recommend 'tracking' to be purchased for ALL RETURNS. We will not be held liable if your item is not received by us.
Return items must be in original condition with all tags/bags attached, and have not been worn, altered, washed or marked. We reserve the right to reject and return the 'return item' upon inspection, if the return item has not met these required conditions.
Please take extra care when trying garments on as we cannot accept items that are marked with makeup, fake tan, deodorant etc. If items are returned back to us in a worn or marked condition we will not be able to accept them for a refund and the goods will be returned to you, the customer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable and the cost of the return is at your own cost.
We regret that we are unable to accept the exchange or return of the following items due to hygiene reasons:
Cosmetics and fragrances
Earrings and Jewellery
Underwear and undergarments, including bralettes and lingerie
There are no refunds on sale items, and exchanges are subject to availability.
You have 4 days to notify email@example.com of your intention to return an item, and 21 days to return your item/s from the date you received your purchase. Any items not received within this period will not be accepted.
Please note that if you are returning items to us from an international location a Customs Declaration form must be completed and placed on the package. It is also very important that you label the items as 'returned goods'. Failure to do so will result in the package being held in customs with charges applied for customs duty. The parcel will not be released and forwarded to us unless YOU the customer pays these fees. If you do not pay the fees, the parcel will be returned to you by the Australian Customs Dept.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of the return item being received by us. Refunds will only be given if the return item meets the return conditions.
